Record Submission Application

If you hold more than one degree, please submit a separate application for each.

If you are a graduate of Sabi University and your records do not appear on the verification portal, you may submit this application to have them added.

This application must be submitted by the graduate themselves — not by a verification agency or any third party.

Processing Fees

2025–2026 graduates and honorary degree holders: Free of charge.
Pre-2025 graduates with a verification letter from the Office of Verification (Ms. Nora Davidson): Free of charge.
Pre-2025 Sabi University graduates not previously verified: CAD 500.
Former Scandinavian Art and Business Institute graduates not previously verified: CAD 1,000.

Required Documents

A copy of your passport.
A copy of your degree certificate.
Your Diploma Supplement or Transcript of Records (not required for honorary degrees).
Your verification letter, if you were previously verified.

Upon submission, the Office of Admissions will review your documents and, once approved, add your records to the portal. You will then be able to download your alumni badge and e-certificate.
